18k Yellow Pave Diamond and Sapphire Band

A one-of-a-kind vintage ring crafted of 18k yellow gold a total diamond carat weight of 1 carat and a hidden row of natural blue sapphires. First introduced in the 1970's, this unique piece embodies the dramatic style that was true of its time. Finger Size 6 1/4.
