Free Shipping & Insurance

We offer complementary shipping on all domestic items! All shipments include insurance & tracking to cover loss/damage during transit. This is included at no additional charge. If your purchase arrives damaged or lost immediately contact our Customer Care team. Contact Us. Please keep all original packaging for possible claim details needed until informed otherwise.

  • In-stock, Vault or Ready to Ship orders ship within 2-3 weeks.
  • Custom orders, made-to-order rings and those that require re-sizing will take additional time to process. Typical lead time is 4-5 weeks, however processing times vary. Check the details on the product listing page (under Made to Order delivery time) or contact our Customer Care team. Contact us.
  • Adult Signature is required for all deliveries within the US.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your order is placed with a P.O.Box address, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address.

Return Policy

  • Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
  • All Engagement Rings and wedding bands are made-to-order and are final sale/non-refundable.
  • All Center Stone Diamonds are final sale and non-refundable.
  • All International orders are final sale and non-refundable.
  • All fine jewelry order are final sale and non-refundable.

International Orders - Duties, Taxes and Returns

For customers outside the United States:

All International orders are final sale and non-refundable. Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, and handling charges imposed by your country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to estimate these costs in advance, as they vary by country. If an international shipment is refused or returned to us due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees, any costs billed back to Kirk Kara—including return shipping, customs charges, and carrier fees—will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage international customers to check with their local customs office for more information prior to placing an order.
