Resizing Your Kirk Kara Ring

Because many Kirk Kara rings feature intricate hand engraving, diamond detailing, and other handcrafted design elements, resizing capabilities vary by style. Most rings can be resized up or down by no more than one full ring size, although the exact range depends on the individual design.

Resizing requested after the first 12 months, additional resizing after the complimentary resize has been used, or resizing beyond a ring’s standard sizing range may incur a fee and is subject to the design’s limitations.

In some cases, a ring cannot be safely resized and may need to be remade in the desired size. Our team will review the ring and advise you of the available options before any work is performed.

How to Request a Resize

To request a resize, please email customercare@kirkkara.com and include:

• Your order number
• Your ring’s current size
• The new ring size needed

Our team will review your ring style and requested size change to confirm whether the ring can be safely resized and provide instructions for sending it to Kirk Kara.

Complimentary Resizing Terms & Conditions

• The complimentary resizing benefit covers the resizing service itself. Any additional repairs, replacement stones, restoration, remaking, or other work that may be required will be discussed with you and may incur an additional fee.
• Customers are responsible for securely shipping and insuring the ring to Kirk Kara. Once the complimentary resize is complete, Kirk Kara will cover the cost of securely shipping the ring back to you within the United States.
• You must contact Kirk Kara Customer Care and receive an RA number and shipping instructions before sending your ring to us.
• Complimentary resizing is subject to the construction, condition, design, and sizing limitations of the individual ring. Please note that if the ring has previously been resized, repaired, or altered by another jeweler, complimentary resizing and/or applicable warranty coverage may no longer apply.
• Rings or bands eligible for complimentary resizing must have been purchased directly through www.kirkkara.com.
