14K Yellow Gold Blue Sapphire Diamond Necklace

Estate quality retro necklace from the disco chic 1970's era. This unique piece is made of 14K yellow gold and features 1/10 carats of diamonds with natural royal blue sapphire accents. Total length of chain 16 inches.
